So what does this all mean exactly?

I really love helping people feel supported, healthy and whole. And I love to break the rules. I want to play a different game, and I want you to do the same.

I’m a healthy lifestyle coach, which means I help over-scheduled people create healthy lifestyle makeovers.

I realize is most likely a title and phrase you may not have heard of until now.

And it’s not exactly easy to explain. I use my background as a board certified health coach, and as an interior designer and feng shui practitioner and many other modalities I’ve learned through my own journey. I can help you to lose weight, get healthier, and feel more confident. I can help you transform your physical space, so you are living in a toxin-free, beautifully supportive environment that works for you.

Since you and your desires are unique, so is the way we work together.

Not one diet works for everyone, and everyone begins from a different place.  So, for some we will design specific meal plans and self-care rituals to incorporate into their daily lives. For others, we incorporate simple and gradual dietary shifts, uncover blocks, and teach you how to shift them, And for others, we may work on stress management, and move around your office space so that it is more supportive of your goals.  We may clean out your pantry, have a healthy cooking day, or rearrange your house. We may spend time to work through your stumbling blocks, and then schedule you  a massage. It all depends on you, and what gives you the most transformation and joy.

I want to save you from the mistakes I’ve made, and give you the very best of what I know.  This is the stuff I wish I had known of years ago.  And I’d love to share it with you.
