Are you going to make me go vegan?


I love this question. Since I am vegan 97% of the time, people have assumed that I would make them do the same thing.


The answer is: It depends.  Do you want to go vegan?  If the answer is no, then no.  I will teach you how to eat in a way that is best for your body.  For most people, that means eating more plant foods, which include vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes and grains.  I’ll show you how you can incorporate more of them into your diet, and actually crave them.  If your body does well with meat and/or dairy, great, we’ll make sure you know how to create a healthy balance, and how to resource the best options for you.


If you do want to go vegan, or vegetarian, or pescetarian, or some other -ism, I’ll happily show you the way.


Do you offer other programs?


My programs and offerings change throughout the year, so it depends on how full other programs are.  I really love the format of the 6 month program, because I feel it is where lasting change happens.  I also do 3 month programs, and seasonal cleanses.  If you don’t see what you are looking for, I would love to talk to you.  Please contact me here and we can talk about what may work for both of us.
